MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 201
Delegations
(1) The Minister may delegate to the Director any powers or functions of
the Minister under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
(2) The Director may delegate to any person any powers or functions of
the Director or Registrar under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
