MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 60B
Duties under retention licence
(1) A licensee is to carry out any exploration efficiently and
effectively.
(2) A licensee is to carry out any exploration and rehabilitation of
land consistently with the standards specified in any relevant Code of
practice.
