(1) Any person with an interest or estate in the area of land in respect of which a lease is sought, or who is the holder of a mineral tenement in respect of that area, may object to the granting of the application of a lease in respect of that area.(2) An objection is to (a) be in writing; and(b) specify the grounds; and(c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and(d) be lodged with the Registrar within 28 days after the date of marking out.(3) An objection is to be heard and determined by the Mining Tribunal.
