(1)  A lessee may apply to the Minister for a renewal of a lease not more than 3 months before and not later than one month after the lease ceases to be in force.

(2)  An application is to be –

(a) in an approved form; and

(b) accompanied by the prescribed fee; and

(c) lodged with the Registrar.
