PART 3 - Reservation and Acquisition of Land
Secretary to consult with Director
Before making a recommendation to the Minister in relation to the acquisition
or lease of land for a conservation purpose, or for the declaration, naming or
revocation of any reserved land, the Secretary is to consult with the
Director.
