(1) If an authorised officer has reasonable grounds for believing that a person has committed, or is committing, an offence against this Act, he or she may require that person to state his or her name and residential address.(2) If a person is found offending within any reserved land against any provision of this Act, an authorised officer may require the person to leave the reserved land.(3) The owner or occupier, or an employee or agent of an owner or occupier, of any land may require any person trespassing on that land whom he or she has reasonable grounds for believing has committed, or is committing, an offence against this Act (a) to state his or her name and residential address; and(b) to leave that land.(4) A person who, when required under this section to state his or her name and residential address, fails or refuses to do so, or gives a name or residential address that is false, is guilty of an offence.(5) A person who, when required under this section to leave any land, refuses to do so, or does not do so with reasonable expedition, is guilty of an offence.
