POLICE OFFENCES ACT 1935 - SECT 73
Act not to affect rights of the Crown
(1) Nothing in this Act shall affect or apply to any right, title, or
interest of the Crown, or in any way limit the Royal Prerogative.
(2) Nothing in this Act shall prejudice or affect the operation of the
Criminal Code .
