RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2009 - SECT 9
Persons not entitled to apply for certain information already otherwise available
A person is not entitled under this Part to –
(a) information that may be inspected by the public in accordance with another
Act; or
(b) information that may be purchased at a reasonable cost in accordance with
arrangements made by a public authority.
