(1) . . . . . . . .(2) A compensation order is taken to be a fine enforceable under the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005 .(3) If the amount payable under a compensation order has been deemed uncollectable in full or in part under section 109 of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005 , the order (a) in the case of a compensation order made by the Supreme Court, is taken to be a judgment of the Supreme Court and is enforceable under the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 ; or(b) in the case of a compensation order made by a court of petty sessions, is taken to be a judgment of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) and is enforceable under the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 .
