(1) A person may lodge a strata plan with the Recorder for registration.(1A) The plan must be endorsed with a certificate of approval issued by the council for the area in which the site is situated.(2) The plan must be accompanied by (a) . . . . . . . .(b) any certificates of title for the site; and(c) any other documents that may be required by the Recorder; and(d) the prescribed fee.(3) If satisfied that the requirements for registration have been complied with, the Recorder must register the plan.
