TAXATION ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 - SECT 82
Time for lodging objection
(1) An objection is to be lodged within 60 days after the date of
service of the notice of the assessment or decision on the taxpayer.
(2) An objection is taken to have been lodged when it is received by the
Commissioner.
