WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2012 - SECT 129

Residential premises

A WHS entry permit holder must not enter any part of a workplace that is used only for residential purposes.

WHS civil penalty provision.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding $10 000.
