ANIMAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 2001 (NO. 7 OF 2001) - SECT 4
Section 46 amended (Draft industry disease control program)
Section 46(3)(f) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Chief Veterinary
Officer has first consulted with the Director of National Parks and Wildlife"
and substituting "Minister has first consulted with the Minister responsible
for the administration of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 " .
