(1) The Appeal Board may require a person to (a) attend a hearing to give evidence; or(b) produce to the Appeal Board any document it requires by any means or in any format.(2) The Appeal Board may keep a document produced to it under this section for as long as it considers necessary for the purpose of completing the hearing.(3) A person, without reasonable excuse, must not fail to comply with a requirement to attend a hearing or to produce a document.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.(4) The Appeal Board may require a person who attends a hearing to answer a question that is reasonably related to the hearing.(5) A person must not refuse to answer a question except on the ground that the answer might tend to incriminate the person.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
