CROWN LANDS AMENDMENT (EMPLOYEE HOUSING ASSETS) ACT 2000 (NO. 60 OF 2000) - SECT 5

Section 29 amended (Lease of Crown land)

Section 29 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

(1A) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of residential portfolio land.
