GAMING CONTROL AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO. 13 OF 2006) - SECT 34
Section 172 amended (Information gathering for law enforcement purposes)
Section 172 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "manufacturer or supplier" twice occurring and substituting
"manufacturer, supplier or tester" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (3)(a)
"manufacturer or supplier" and substituting "manufacturer, supplier or tester"
;
(c) by omitting from subsection (4) "manufacturer or supplier" and
substituting "manufacturer, supplier or tester" .
