GAMING CONTROL AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO. 13 OF 2006) - SECT 35
Section 174 amended (Regulations)
Section 174(2) of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting
from paragraph (b) "manufacturers and suppliers" and substituting
"manufacturers, suppliers and testers" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (f)
"manufacturers and suppliers" and substituting "manufacturers, suppliers and
testers" .
