Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting the following definition after the definition of Health Care Card :

hospital means a public hospital or a private hospital;

(b) by omitting the definition of nursing-home-type patient and substituting the following definition:

nursing-home-type patient has the meaning it has in regulation 3A ;

(c) by inserting the following definition after the definition of Pensioner Concession Card :

private hospital means a private hospital within the meaning of the Commonwealth Act;
