JURY AMENDMENT ACT 1998 (NO. 39 OF 1998) - SECT 14
Evidence Act 1910 amended
Section 126 of the Evidence Act 1910 is amended by inserting after subsection (3) the following subsection:
(3A) Subsections (2) and (3) do not apply to a juror's oath.
