Section 305 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by inserting the following subsection after subsection (1) :(1A) A Crown Law Officer may appeal (a) an order of a judge of the Supreme Court admitting a person to bail; or(b) a condition imposed by a judge of the Supreme Court to which an order admitting a person to bail is subject, or the failure to impose any such condition to (c) the Court of Criminal Appeal in a case where the person in respect of whom the order is made is bound to appear before that Court; or(d) the Full Court of the Supreme Court, in any other case.(b) by inserting in subsection (2) "or subsection (1A) " after " subsection (1) " .
