JUSTICE AND RELATED LEGISLATION (FURTHER MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO. 43 OF 2006) - SECT 4

Section 27 amended (Rights of action by and against personal representatives)

Section 27 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1)(b) "estate –" and substituting "estate." ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (1) "except as provided by subsection (2) ." ;
(c) by omitting subsection (2) .
