JUSTICE AND RELATED LEGISLATION (FURTHER MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO. 43 OF 2006) - SECT 43
Section 15AA amended (Practice directions)
Section 15AA of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (2)
the following subsection: (3) The Chief Magistrate may issue practice
directions specifying the circumstances in which initiating process must be
filed in a registry.
