JUSTICE AND RELATED LEGISLATION (FURTHER MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO. 43 OF 2006) - SECT 46

Section 18 amended (Recovery by Board from owner or driver in certain cases)

Section 18(4)(b) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting " section 3 of the Tortfeasors and Contributory Negligence Act 1954 " and substituting "the Wrongs Act 1954 " .
