LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 101
Section 213 amended (Hearings by Commission)
Section 213(1) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(b) the following paragraph: (ba) in the case of an appeal against a
determination under section 81A(3) , inform the Commissioner of Police of
the appeal; and
