LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 48

Section 48 amended (Licensee to notify Commissioner of alteration to designated area)

Section 48 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (b) the following penalty:
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
