LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 50
Section 53 amended (Licence or permit to be produced on demand)
Section 53 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting "shall"
and substituting "or permit holder must" ;
(b) by inserting "or the permit
holder's permit" after "licence" .
