LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 51

Section 53 amended (Licence or permit to be produced on demand)

After section 53 of the Principal Act , the following penalty is inserted:
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
