LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 61

Section 61 amended (Licensee to prohibit or restrict entry of young people to certain parts of licensed premises)

Section 61 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "shall" and substituting "must" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (b)(ii) "parent or guardian" and substituting "responsible adult" ;
(c) by inserting the following penalty after paragraph (b) :
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
