LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 62

Section 62 amended (Licensees and permit holders to require certain people to leave licensed premises or permit premises)

Section 62 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "shall" and substituting "or permit holder must" ;
(b) by inserting "or permit premises" after "premises" .
