LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 68

Section 67 amended (Licensee or permit holder not to hinder, &c., authorized officer)

Section 67 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "shall" and substituting "or permit holder must" ;
(b) by inserting the following penalty after paragraph (c) :
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
