After section 69 of the Principal Act , the following section is inserted in Division 6:69A. Liquor not to be sold or served by person who is intoxicated
(1) A person must not sell or serve liquor on licensed premises or permit premises if he or she is intoxicated.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.(2) A licensee or permit holder is guilty of an offence if a person authorized by the licensee or permit holder to sell or serve liquor on the licensed premises or permit premises sells or serves liquor whilst intoxicated.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
