LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 74

Section 71 amended (Liquor not to be supplied to young people on licensed premises or permit premises)

Section 71 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "shall" and substituting "must" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) "premises specified in a special permit" and substituting "permit premises" .
