LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 80

Section 77 amended (Young person not to have possession or control of liquor on licensed premises or permit premises)

Section 77(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "shall" and substituting "must" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) "premises specified in a special permit" and substituting "permit premises" .
