LIQUOR LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 51 OF 2015) - SECT 93
Section 92A amended (Power to seize false identity documents)
The definition of responsible entity in section 92A(5) of the Principal Act is
amended as follows: (a) by inserting in paragraph (a) "or permit holder" after
"licensee" ;
(b) by inserting in paragraph (b) "or permit holder" after
"licensee" ;
(c) by inserting in paragraph (c) "or permit holder" after
"licensee" .
