LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 49 OF 2015) - SECT 6
Section 211 amended (Liability of employer)
Section 211 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "allegedly" first occurring;
(b) by omitting from subsection
(1)(a) "allegedly" ;
(c) by omitting from subsection (2)(c) "allegedly" .
