Section 213A amended (Liability of holder of licence regarding offence by supervisor)
Section 213A of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1)(a) "allegedly" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (2)(c)
"allegedly" .
