Section 54(2) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph:

(da) preparing or assisting in the preparation of a will for fee or reward in the course of the person's employment with –

(i) The Public Trustee established under the Public Trustee Act 1930 ; or

(ii) a trustee company as defined by the Trustee Companies Act 1953 ; or
