MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2001 (NO. 74 OF 2001) - SECT 32
Section 205 amended (Regulations)
Section 205 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (5)
the following subsection: (6) Regulations made for the purpose of
section 102(1B) may take effect retrospectively.
