Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subsection (4) "at least 2 months after that area is no longer subject to that previous licence" and substituting "a date specified by the Director that is at least 2 months after that area is no longer subject to that previous licence" ;

(b) by omitting from subsection (5) " section 20 in respect of the relevant category of" and substituting "section 21(1) in respect of the relevant" .
