NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE AMENDMENT ACT 2001 (NO. 12 OF 2001) - SECT 4

Section 16 amended (Revocation of reservations)

Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting in subsection (4) ", nature recreation area" after "area" ;
(b) by omitting paragraph (a) from subsection (5) .
