Section 55 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting paragraph (c) from subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:

(c) section 15B or 15C .

(b) by inserting the following subsection after subsection (2F) :

(2G)  A police officer, without warrant, may arrest any person the police officer has reasonable grounds for believing has committed an offence under section 37B .
