PLANT QUARANTINE ACT 1997 (NO. 62 OF 1997) - SECT 11

Declaration of List A and List B diseases

(1) The Secretary, by public notice, may declare –
(a) a disease to be a List A disease; or
(b) a disease to be a List B disease.

(2) The Secretary may amend or revoke a declaration of a List A disease or List B disease by public notice.
