Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in subsection (2)(b) "or contact" after "business" ;

(b) by inserting in subsection (2)(e) "and any modification of those conditions" after " (2) " ;

(c) by inserting in subsection (3)(c) "and any modification of those conditions" after " (d) " ;

(d) by inserting in subsection (3)(h) "or contact" after "business" ;

(e) by omitting from subsection (5) "or business address" and substituting ", business address or contact address" ;

(f) by omitting from subsection (5) "business" second occurring.
