Section 108 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting subsection (2) ;

(b) by omitting from subsection (4) "moneys, books, papers, tickets, vouchers, documents, instruments, devices, and other articles and things" and substituting "things, money and documents" ;

(c) by omitting from subsection (4) "or in playing an unlawful game" ;

(d) by omitting from subsection (5) "Anything" and substituting "Any thing, money or document" .
