RACING AND GAMING AMENDMENT (GAMING PROVISIONS REMOVAL) ACT 2001 (NO. 38 OF 2001) - SECT 31
Section 119 amended (Regulations)
Section 119(2) of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting
paragraph (ba) ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (d) "enforced;" and
substituting "enforced." ;
(c) by omitting paragraphs (da) and (db) .
