RACING AND GAMING AMENDMENT (GAMING PROVISIONS REMOVAL) ACT 2001 (NO. 38 OF 2001) - SECT 9

Section 60 amended (Cancellation, &c., of certificates of registration on certain convictions)

Section 60(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting " section 5A of the Gaming Control Act 1993 or" after "under";
(b) by omitting paragraph (c) .
