RETIREMENT BENEFITS (TASMANIAN AMBULANCE SERVICE SUPERANNUATION SCHEME) ACT 2006 (NO. 2 OF 2006) - SECT 2
Commencement
(1) Sections 7 , 8 , 12 and 14 and Schedules 1 and 2 commence on 30 June 2006 but, if this Act does not receive the Royal Assent before 30 June 2006, those sections and Schedules are taken to have commenced on 30 June 2006.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act are taken to have commenced on
1 May 2006.
