RACING REGULATION AMENDMENT (BOARD AMALGAMATION) ACT 2015 (NO. 11 OF 2015) - SECT 15

Section 51 amended (Appointment of stewards and other racing officials)

Section 51(2) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "a panel consisting of the chairpersons of Tasracing and the IAB and the Director" and substituting "a panel, consisting of the chairperson of Tasracing, the Director and a person determined by the Secretary of the Department," .
