STRATA TITLES AMENDMENT ACT 2006 (NO. 33 OF 2006) - SECT 7

Section 5 amended (Requirements for strata plan)

Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting paragraph (h) from subsection (1) ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (4) "or accompanied by" .
