TAXATION LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO. 40 OF 2006) - SECT 13
Section 216 amended (Change of purpose)
Section 216(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "a statement under
section 214(2) for which a motor vehicle was acquired" and substituting "
section 214(1) for which a motor vehicle was acquired and used" .
